We take Superior Health Plans, El Paso Health, Tricare, Aetna, Molina, Amerigroup, BCBS and Medicaid
What are your hours?
Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 7:00pm, Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and varying hours on Saturday.
How do we start treatment?
Treatment requires a referral from the primary care provider. Request a referral for ActionCare at your next appointment!
